I wonder what my life brings after getting married last June 6th, 2021. With hustles and riddles, I survive with my husband until today. I have been unemployed after my resignation from the same company of my husband in the name of respect.
We decided to get pregnant as soon as possible because my age is not young anymore, and we wanted to have children of our own. Not as easy as that, besides of my crazy schedule from Monday to Monday because I took triple jobs, my husband is also a busy worker.
We went to a specialist in one of the biggest mom and baby hospital in west Jakarta to check us both. It’s not cheap though, and we have to spend some times to follow the doctor’s schedule. A lot lab tests and USG.
The doctor basically tells us what to do to get the proper conceives to get a baby. Gives us some vitamins to boost our body immune and mood for intimacy. Tells us to go on diet, stop glucose consumption (from coffee and bobas) and do easy sports.
After a long wait, and many disappointed of negative test results, I finally get pregnant by August 2022. We were surprised and almost loosing our hope at that time. But God is good.
THE PREGNANCY
Well, well, well after doctor confirm the existence of the baby in my uterus by USG. I’m starting my crazy hormonal journey. Nonstops vomiting and nausea, I can’t eat anything and getting weak and weaker day by day, until I have to give up my job.
My condition was so bad, I have to be hospitalized for a month back and forth. I’m lucky because my husband has a big big heart to take a good care of me. This condition keep on going until my 4 months (15 weeks) and we met a doctor who gave me a significant prescription for my H.E.G.
I totally stop vomiting and started to eat normally. I was so thankful for the improvement of my health. So my baby can get more nutrition from the food I consume.
Age 39 is quite risky for pregnancy, since your body is getting weak and especially your lifestyle is not so healthy. I was worried if I miscarried from that bad condition. But once again I’m so thankful for God mercies.
Today, I am 38 weeks, my doctor decided to get the baby through Cesar by April 6th, 2023 in a small hospital in Pulo Gadung area. Hopefully I can pass through enough chapters of my life.
